Job Location: Samarinda
Key Responsibilities:
•Selection and recruitment of crews
•Perform crew change for vessel assigned, including crew planning
•Align with Finance & HR with the required regular reports; concerning salary, contracts, bonuses, medical and others crew benefits.
•attendance sheets and vacation schedules, etc
•Monitor all Crewing Legislation and organize training as required
•Monitor Crew evaluations, training needs and liaise with Operations and Technical Department regarding Crew performance
•Liaise with the Vessels masters with regard to crewing needs
•Ensure the manning of vessels is in compliance with National and International regulations
•Handle crew matters such as standard PPE for crews and liaise with port authority for sign on/off crew
•Manage the process of personnel mobilization and demobilization (travel arrangement, visa, hotel accommodation, etc).
Qualifications:
•Bachelor Degree in Maritime Studies (Port and Shipping Management and any related study)
•Industry Exposure : has previous experience on board as Officer and familiar with offshore operations will be an advantage
•Understand the national regulation for crewing / seafarer
•Knowledge of Crew Certifications, Customs and Marine Department
•Fluent in English both oral and written
•Good Communication and Interpersonal skills
