Qualifications:
• Bachelor Degree in Maritime Studies (Port and Shipping Management and any related study)
• Industry Exposure : has previous experience on board as Officer and familiar with offshore operations will be an advantage
• Understand the national regulation for crewing / seafarer
• Knowledge of Crew Certifications, Customs and Marine Department
• Fluent in English both oral and written
• Good Communication and Interpersonal skills
