Kalau tdk salah DP menjadi salah satu Training CoP didalam STCW 2010. Bentuk dan aturannya belum tahu.
Mari kita berdiskusi tanpa caci maki dan mempergunakan waktu kita untuk hal positip yang dpt menambah wawasan Pelaut Indonesia.
