Ini artinya "harus menjadi punya visa US"
Atau "harus dipunyai visa US"
Fatal error in grammar

Yg benar : "Must have USA Visa"
or : "Must posses USA Visa" tdk perlu pake "be"

Fungsi "be" :
Be = become : menjadi
I want to be a seaman
I want to become a seaman

Be = kata bantu utk kalimat passive
The cost need to be reduced : biayanya perlu di kurangi/ditekan

That ISM Code rule must be able to be implemented :
Aturan ISM Code itu harus bisa diterapkan
